How much does professional Christmas light installation cost?
Every home and display is different. Pricing depends on the size of the property, the areas being decorated, the lighting design and the overall complexity of the installation. Service Hero provides a free custom quote based on your home and holiday lighting vision.
Do you provide the Christmas lights?
Yes. Service Hero provides the commercial-grade LED lighting, installation materials, timers and other components required for your custom display. Our primary service is a complete seasonal lighting solution rather than simple installation of customer-purchased lights.
Can you install lights on palm trees?
Yes. Palm tree lighting is one of the display options we offer for South Florida homes. Depending on the property and design, we can incorporate illuminated palm trunks and other decorative palm lighting into your Christmas display.
Can you design lighting around my specific home?
Yes. Each display is designed around the architecture of your home, the areas you want to highlight and your preferred Christmas lighting style. You can also share inspiration photos when requesting your quote.
Is seasonal maintenance included?
Yes. Seasonal maintenance is included for Service Hero-supplied lighting and installation components under normal seasonal use.
What happens if a light stops working?
If a Service Hero-supplied light, connection, timer or installation component develops an issue during normal seasonal use, we'll take care of it. Damage caused by severe weather, property electrical issues, customer or third-party damage, animals, vandalism or other external causes may not be included.
Do you remove the lights after Christmas?
Yes. Professional post-season takedown is part of our full-service Christmas lighting experience. Our typical takedown season runs from January 2 through January 31.
Do you store the lighting system?
Yes. After takedown, Service Hero labels, organizes and stores the Service Hero-supplied lighting system for the off-season.
When should I book my Christmas light installation?
We begin accepting bookings September 1, with installations typically available from approximately October 15 through December 20, subject to availability. Prime installation dates fill first, so we recommend booking early.
Do you install customer-owned lights?
Our primary service uses Service Hero-supplied professional lighting systems so we can provide a consistent design, installation and seasonal service experience. Customer-owned lighting may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
What areas do you serve?
For residential Christmas light installation, Service Hero currently serves Miami-Dade County and Broward County.
Can I choose the color and style of my display?
Yes. Popular options include Classic Warm White, Traditional Multicolor, Candy Cane red and warm white, Pure White and selected custom color combinations. Your display is designed around your home and preferred holiday style.
